I do not see a drop off date that works with my schedule. Can I request a different drop off date?

Absolutely, If we don’t a have a time or date that works for you on our appointment calendar, please send us an inquiry on our “Get in touch” page. We would be happy to work together to coordinate a drop off time that works best for you.

Can I still preserve my bouquet if my wedding day has passed?

Yes! If your at all interested in preserving your bouquet after you wedding, we ask that we receive your fresh flowers no later than 3 days after your special date. If 3 days have passed be sure to hang your flowers upside to air dry. We can preserve any bouquet that is completely dry and free of mold.

Do you work with already dried flowers?

Yes! We can preserve an air dried bouquet as long as it is free of mold.

Will all my flowers be used?

This depends on the amount of preservation pieces requests. We will choose the flowers that dry the very best. This means whatever flower dry with the most color, least amount of leaf loss/damage. Any remaining florals will be composted or used for sample pieces.

Do all flowers dry the same?

No! Not all flowers dry as well as others. If floral preservation is something you are interested in, please reach out so we can talk about what flowers in your bouquet will dry best.

How long will it take to get my bouquet back?

Floral preservation is process that takes time. Each piece is handmade, designed, & poured with love. Our current turn around time from bouquet drop off to product delivery is between 8 - 10 weeks. This is an estimated timeline as each bouquet may require more or less time depending on the quality of the flowers, dry time, design, & piece size.

How involved will I be in designing my piece?

We will communicate with you through every step of the preservation process. Once your flowers have been removed from the drying process, you will receive a photo or video and recommendations on which flowers to use in your piece. Once you have decide what type of forever pieces you would like we will begin the designing phase until you have approved of a design that you love.

Do you offer other items not listed on your product list?

Yes. We can and love making custom products. If you have an idea or vision, we would love to try and bring it to life. We have made many custom items, from end tables, to charcuterie, boards, & more. Please specify your interest in your “get in touch” email so we can bring your vision to life.

How do is store my Bouquet prior to drop off?

A week prior to you drop off date we will send you detailed instructions on how to store your bouquet prior to drop off or pick up. We ask that you do not store your bouquet in the refrigerator or freezer, as this can cause adverse affects to the petals.

Can I ship my bouquet to you?

At this time we do not accept shipped bouquets. However, bouquet pick-up can be requested in Santa Cruz, Monterey, & Santa Clara Counties.You can request a bouquet pick-up on our appointment page. *Pick up fee applies and is costed based on distance and time traveled.

Do you preserve other items besides flowers?

Yes. We can preserve anything that is dry. Most often we preserve heirloom and sentimental items such as wedding invitations, charms, photos feathers, & Jewelry. If there is a special item you would like to include in your floral preservation please let us know in the comments section when booking.
